Digital Home Advantage Disclosures -

  • $49.99 processing fee will be charged by National Satellite Systems / Dish Promotions.
  • "Your Social Security Number will be used to run a credit check."
  • "By providing a credit/debit card to qualify, you authorize DISH Network to automatically charge or debit your card for any unreturned equipment fees and cancellation fees if applicable."
  • "The name associated with the major credit or debit card used to credit qualify the account must match the name of the customer listed on the DISH Network Account."
  • "Your first bill will be for the first two months of service."
  • "Your monthly rate does not include any applicable sales tax. Your first bill will be for the first two months of service."
  • "You will see a $99.00 activation fee on your first bill unless you have agreed to the 24-month commitment."
  • "All payments for programming are non-refundable and pricing and programming are subject to change."
  • "You must maintain a minimum of DishFAMILY, America’s Top 120, DishLATINO, or certain qualified International Programming packages."
  • "All equipment must be returned to DISH Network within thirty days of voluntary deactivation or an equipment fee ranging from $50 to $400 per receiver will be charged to the credit or debit card used to qualify your account."
  • "If you fail to pay your bill and your account is involuntarily deactivated, DISH Network will charge the applicable equipment fee within 72 hours to the credit or debit card used to qualify your account. Such fee will be refunded upon equipment return."
  • "Should you discontinue your service or do not maintain minimum programming, boxes will be shipped to the address on your account so you can return the equipment, which includes your receivers, smart cards, remote controls, and LNBFs."

  • If DHA with 24-month commitment:
  • "You have signed up for the Digital Home Advantage 24-month agreement plan. If service is cancelled or terminated prior to completing the 24 month agreement, there is a prorated cancellation fee of $17.50 per month remaining on your agreement. This cancellation fee will be charged to the credit or debit card you just used to qualify."
  • "You also will receive DISH Service Plan for the first 6 months free (a $36 value). At the end of 6 months, the protection plan will continue for $6 per month. You can call DISH Network at anytime to cancel."
  • If receiving America’s Top or higher: "You have qualified for the 12 Month Offer. To receive 12 months of $15.00 credits towards your programming package you agree to complete the Digital Home Advantage 24-month agreement plan and maintain a minimum of America’s Top 120. After 12 months, your programming will continue to be billed at the then-current pricing."
  • If receiving DishLATINO clásico or higher: "You have qualified for the 12 Month Offer. To receive 12 months of $10.00 credits towards your programming package you agree to complete the Digital Home Advantage 24-month agreement plan and maintain a minimum of DishLATINO Clásico. After 12 months, your programming will continue to be billed at the then-current pricing."
  • if receiving HBO/Showtime free for three months: "To receive 3 months of credits towards your HBO and Showtime programming ($22 per month or $20 per month if receiving 4 or more premium packages), you agree to complete the Digital Home Advantage 24-month agreement plan and maintain a minimum of America’s Top 120 or higher, DishLATINO Clásico or higher, America’s Top 120 w/ HD or higher, or a qualified International Programming package. After 3 months, HBO/Showtime will continue to be billed at then-current price until you elect to downgrade."
  • If DHA without commitment: "Your plan comes with a standard warranty, which includes 24/7 tech support, Advance Exchange Repair ($15 shipping), and In-Home service for only $95 per trip."
  • If receiving local channels and no Latino programming: "Local channels are included in your package for an additional $5.00 per month."
  • With DVR programming: "With DVR plan includes America’s Top 120 or America’s Top 200, America’s Top 250, America’s Top 120 w/ HD, America’s Top 200 w/ HD or America’s Top 250 w/ HD, the monthly $5.00 local channel fee and the monthly $6.00 DVR service fee for “Whole-Home” DVR. If you downgrade below America’s Top 120 or DISH America, remove your local channels or remove your DVR receiver, you will pay the current price for all programming, locals and DVR service fees, as applicable."
  • If receiving DishLATINO DVR pack: "Your DishLATINO DVR Pack includes DishLATINO Dos or DishLATINO Max, local channels and the monthly $6.00 DVR service fee for “’Whole-Home” DVR. If you downgrade below DishLATINO Clasico, no longer subscribe to your local channels or remove your DVR receiver, you will pay the then-current price for all programming, locals and DVR service fees, as applicable."
  • With DVR or Dish Latino DVR pack: "The first receiver's lease fee is included in your package price. For each additional receiver, you will be charged a lease fee of $7 per month for a Solo receiver, $10 per month for an Duo receiver, $14 per month for a Solo DVR receiver or $17 per month for an Duo DVR receiver."
  • With DVR or DishLATINO DVR pack: "There is a monthly $6.00 fee for each DVR receiver. The fee is waived if subscribing to America's 'Everything' Pak."
  • If credit card autopay: "DISH Network will automatically charge your credit or debit card on the monthly due date for all charges incurred. You agree to contact DISH Network at least 7 days prior to the due date to make any changes to your autopay status."
  • If receiving an additional HD solo DVR receiver (vip612): "If you have ordered an additional HD Solo DVR receiver, you have paid a non-refundable $100 lease upgrade fee per receiver."
  • If receiving a second HD DUODVR receiver (vip722k): "If you have ordered a second HD DuoDVR receiver, you have paid a non-refundable $200 lease upgrade fee."
